I recently stayed at Villas Yaiza in Playa Blanca for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with a supermarket, beautiful harbor, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the modern amenities in excellent working order. The private terrace was a great place to relax. Free parking in front of the house was a bonus. The welcome pack provided everything we needed upon arrival. The pool was well-maintained, and the maintenance team was friendly and helpful. it was a fantastic stay.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at a villa in Playa Blanca. the owner was extremely quick in responding to our queries and the villa itself was very clean and well-maintained. It had a spacious interior and a nice kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. We enjoyed the south-facing rear with a small pool and outdoor shower. the location was fantastic, close to the Rubicon/Marina area with plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as mini golf and bowling. We also appreciated the provided pool towels and the welcome pack, which was a lifesaver after our late arrival. Cons: Absolutely nothing 🙌.

The welcome pack provided was a nice touch and much appreciated. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. the fast WiFi was a bonus for staying connected.
The bedding and pillows were of poor quality, which affected the overall comfort. Some of the lounge furniture looked outdated and could use some updating.

My recent stay at Villas Yaiza was fantastic. The villa was spotless and spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation. The location near Rubicon Marina was ideal, offering easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The communication prior to arrival was great, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. I also appreciated the provided outdoor towels and quick responses from the owner regarding any queries. Despite a few minor issues such as the slippery tile area around the pool when wet and the need for a refurb, my overall experience was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Villas Yaiza for a memorable and convenient stay.

The villa was in excellent condition, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals. The living space was spacious and cozy, providing a relaxing environment. Additionally, the location was ideal, close to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Having access to a private pool was a delightful advantage, especially for those looking to unwind and cool off during their stay.
The pool was unheated and quite cold, which may not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable and on the smaller side, and better mattresses would have greatly enhanced the overall comfort.
